- Medical conditions that may be relevant to your child’s / children’s safety, when in receipt of our services
- Clothing size – for kit during membership
- Photo permissions – consent for photos during sessions.
Payment information is not directly collected or stored by Fast Feet Football Academy. This information is processed securely and privately by our third party payment processers. The information is stored securely, using encryptions by Paypal, Stripe and Go Cardless. Fast Feet will not have access to this information at anytime. All payment processers follow GDPR and privacy policies can be found on their websites.
How we will use your personal data?
We collect information about you to enable us to provide our services to you and to meet our contractual commitments to you.
We use the information held about you in the following ways:
- To carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into between you and Fast Feet

- To successfully book you onto our training sessions and obtain information about your child/children to ensure safe delivery of our training

- Session planning and to ensure children are booked onto the most appropriate session

- To provide appropriate kit when signing up as a member with Fast Feet
- Carry out market research campaigns and to obtain feedback
- Contact you to let you know about other products and services that we offer and feel may be of interest to you, as set out in our marketing section
- Measure and understand the success of our products and where we might improve the services that we provide to you
- To ensure that content from our website is presented in the most effective manner for you and your computer

How do we protect your personal information?
Fast Feet follow strict security procedures as to how your personal data is stored and used, and who views the data. Once we have received your personal information, we use strict procedures and security features to try and prevent unauthorised access. We do not transfer your personal data outside of the European Economic Area. Information is stored in an encrypted form.
How long do we keep your personal information?
Fast Feet will keep your personal information for no longer than is necessary, for the purposes set out above. We will hold data for a maximum of five years from the date of our last interaction in order to provide you with ongoing services, queries, or enable you to refer back to your childs history with Fast Feet should you leave and rejoin.
If you have provided consent for child to be photographed during any of the Fast Feet sessions, we will retain the photograph for a maximum of three years from when the photo was taken unless you have consented to our using the images for other purposes. Such as:
- Local social media or local newsletters
- Broader marketing or promotional purposes
Should you consent to this, personal information will be kept alongside the photo to enable us to contact you or to enable you to withdraw consent. Withdrawing consent sooner than the three year period can be completed by contacting Fast Feet.
If you have given permission for us to use a photograph for promotional or marketing purposes, we will retain copy of the photograph for the length of time that Fast Feet owns the copyright relating to that image in order that we properly exercise our rights under copyright law.
Marketing Communications
We want to ensure that you are informed and aware of the best products, services, competitions, promotions and events that we can offer to you. We may also want to gather marketing information and customer feedback, and obtain your support for industry awards that we are nominated for. By consenting to receive additional communications from us in respect of this information, we will process your data in accordance with this policy.

You have the right to to request that Fast Feet:
